The development consists of conversion from offices to apartments and addition of penthouse level accommodation at the existing Block 70-72 at Parkwest, Dublin 12. The development extends across 5 storeys above basement car park and also incorporates some retail units at ground floor (plaza) level. Park West is Ireland's largest business and technology campus. The Park extends to 230 acres accommodating a mix of office, industrial, retail, leisure and residential accommodation. Strategically located by the M50 motorway, Park West is just 20 minutes from the city centre and the airport. GDCL responsible for design of all civil and structural elements of development as part of a multi-disciplinary design team.
