PHASE 1 - CRESCENT, SECOND AVE
Demolition of the existing 2,590sq.m industrial building. Construction of 6/7 storey scheme of ‘build-to-rent’ providing a total of 196 no. residential apartments and commercial units (crèche and gym), communal storage, ground floor level landscaped courtyard, 408 no. bicycle spaces, basement carparking and associated site and infrastructural works.
PHASE 2 - COOKSTOWN CROSS, FOURTH AVENUE
Demolition of the existing 2,518sq.m industrial buildings. Construction of a 6/7 storey scheme of ‘build-to-rent’ housing development providing a total of 245 no. residential apartments, commercial units at ground floor, including a communal gym, ground floor level landscaped courtyard, basement carparking and associated site and infrastructural works.
PHASE 3 - COOKSTOWN CASTLE
This proposed development will be one of Ireland’s largest, build-to-rent schemes. It will provide 1,156 apartment units across 4 sites. The 7 blocks will range in height from 7 to 15 storeys. The project will provide a range of apartment types, including 185 studio apartment 307 one-bedroom apartments, 628 two-bedroom apartments, 28 three-bedroom apartments, and 7 four-bedroom apartments. The development will also provide a creche, offices space, retail units, a gym and a wide range of communal spaces. The scheme is located with excellent public transport connections such as Dublin Bus and the red line Luas.
GDCL responsibility covers design of all civil and structural elements of development as part of a multi-disciplinary design team.
