Appointment: Civil / Structural Engineering Design

This project involves conversion of existing large office block to apartments incorporating the addition of penthouse level accommodation. The development is 5 storeys above basement car park and also incorporates some retail units at ground floor (plaza) level.

GDCL are responsible for design of all civil and structural elements of development as
part of a multi-disciplinary design team.
