Construction of a new 5 storey office building above basement car parking and all associated ancillary works. Incorporating strong visual building envelope incorporating an integrated architectural cladding and curtain walling system with ‘angular’ and striking features. Site located close to Dublin Airport with vehicular access from the Old Airport Road. GDCL were responsible for design of all civil and structural elements of development as part of a multi-disciplinary design team
