Design of Laboratory Purified Water System

Detailed process design for the Purified Water (PW) system supplying the Masdar Institute’s Research Laboratories. The scope of these works included design and detailing of high specification PVDF pipe material for a network incorporating the PVDF distribution pipe work between plant room and labs at first and second floors and PVDF distribution pipe work within the laboratories at first and second floors. This involved the lateral distribution within the ‘building services undercroft’, feeding the labs overhead through vertical risers.

Design of External Vehicular Access Ramps

Site access ramps to podium level of the Masdar Institute of Science and Technology (MIST) incorporating soil embankment and side protection, earth retaining Structure to protect building sides, and paving for vehicular access.
