Phased master-planning involving the re-location of professional soccer club within existing UCD university campus and merging into combined facility with the existing university rugby club.

Work includes upgrading of floodlighting, reconstruction of main stand, removal of existing stand roof and replacement with new cantilever roof, 100% expansion of spectator capacity, infrastructure upgrade, compliance with UEFA licensing requirements and event management and safety regulations.
